How does the rental work?
It is as simple as it can get.
If you have chosen the option to pickup, we will send you the location of pickup upon booking. We are located in Kanda Nishikicho area, which is close to 6 different metro stations across 4 lines. It is also in a walkable distance from JR Kanda and Ochanomizu station. If a personnel is available, we will hand over the bike in person, but if not, we would simply lock the bike in a spot and will send you the instructions to unlock them.
If you chose delivery option within the 23 ward, we will deliver the bikes in person to the location you're staying at, and hand the bikes in person or lock them in a near by bike rack, and will send you the instructions to unlock them.
To return, please lock the bike in the original spot by the return time you booked for.
