How does it work?
It’s as simple as it gets. If you choose pickup, we’ll send the location upon booking. We’re in the Kanda Nishikicho area, within walking distance from JR Kanda and Ochanomizu stations, and also close to six metro stations across four lines. If staff are available, we’ll hand over the bike in person; otherwise, we’ll lock it in a designated spot and provide unlocking instructions.
For delivery within the 23 wards, we’ll bring the bike to your location, either handing it over in person or locking it nearby and sending unlocking details. When returning, please lock the bike in the original spot by the booked return time.
